Kendari is the capital of Southeast Sulawesi, located on the coast of the island. The most practical way to reach Kendari from Tangerang is by flying from Soekarno-Hatta (CGK) to Haluoleo Airport (KDI), usually with a layover in Makassar. Alternatively, you can take a PELNI ship from Tanjung Priok, which is a long journey across the sea. Kendari offers beautiful coastal views, historical sites, and access to the stunning Wakatobi National Park.
Total Distance: Driving distance 2,200 km (including ferries), straight-line air distance 1,700 km.
