The journey from Tanjung to Serang requires a combination of road and air travel. You must first travel by car or shuttle from Tanjung to Lombok International Airport (LOP) in Praya. From LOP, take a direct flight to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK) in Tangerang. Upon arrival at CGK, you can take a DAMRI bus or private taxi to reach Serang city center. The total distance covers approximately 1300 km across the Java Sea. This route is the most efficient way to bridge the gap between North Lombok and Banten province.
Total Distance: Driving distance 1450 km via ferry; straight-line air distance 1280 km.
